2016 FEE SCHEDULE

Term 1 fees are payable by the second week of Term 1. Term 2, 3 & 4 fees are payable prior to the commencement of the following term.

FAMILY DISCOUNT

A discount is given to families who have 2 or more immediate family members attending classes. A 10% discount is given to the second and subsequent children. The discount will apply to the student with the fees of equal or lesser value. No discount is offered for overdue accounts.

REFUNDS

Refunds are not available with regards to dance tuition if classes are missed.

In some cases of illness or injury refunds may be made at the administrator’s discretion.

WATCHING IN THE CLASS ROOM

To avoid distraction only students enrolled in the class and fusionone staff are permitted in the class room. Exceptions are made for new students/parents wanting to view classes appropriate for them to join. If for any reason you wish to view your child in class, please contact us.

DROP OFF AND PICK UP OF CHILDREN

All chidlren under 18 must be collected from their class room after their class. We would also prefer that you walk in your child to their class. We are not responsible for supervising children after the class has finished. We ask that if you are going to be late for pick up that you contact your Administation Manager and aware us so we can ensure your child is looked after until you arrive.

UNIFORM

All students must have the correct uniform and dance attire. Hair must be strictly pulled back off the face.

MOBILE PHONES

NO mobile phones are to be used in class. All phones must be on silent or switched off.

SMOKING & ALCOHOL CONSUMPTION

Is strictly forbidden at Fusionone.

MEDICAL CONDITIONS/ALLERGIES/PREGNANCY

If you or your child have a medical condition that will impede on dance lessons at fusionone, we must be notified of this immediately. In some cases a medical clearance may be required from your GP.

INJURIES

In the event of injury, teacher’s will provide basic first aid and contact emergency contacts if need be. We are unable to provide anyone with any medications. Any injuries that do occur an accident report must be filled out and signed by the parent/guardian.

ALLERGIES

We have a no NUT policy that must be followed by all students. If you are allergic to other products, this must be noted in your enrolment form. All teachers are epi pen trained.

LOST PROPERTY

We have a lost property box, the items unclaimed after the term finishes we donate to the Salvation Army.

COSTUME MEASUREMENTS & COSTUME FITTINGS

Around the cabaret and concert times, measurements & trying on of costumes will take place. If your child's costume has not been paid, he/she will not be measured for a costume which will result in them not receiving a costume at cabaret/concert.
