FusionOne ("we", "us") operates fusionone.com.au. This policy explains what information we collect through this website, how we use it, and how you can contact us about it. We handle personal information in line with the Australian Privacy Principles under the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth).
What we collect
When you submit the assessment request form, we collect the details you provide: your name, company, email address, and your description of the system you'd like modernized. If you email us directly, we collect whatever you include in that email.
We do not use analytics trackers, advertising pixels or marketing cookies on this site.
How we use it
- To respond to your enquiry and discuss a modernization assessment.
- To follow up on that conversation — and nothing else. We don't add you to mailing lists you didn't ask for, and we never sell or rent your details.
Where it's stored
Form submissions are processed and stored by Netlify (our hosting provider) and delivered to our email. Netlify may process data on servers outside Australia. Web fonts are served by Google Fonts, which receives standard request metadata (such as your IP address) when the page loads.
Client source code
This policy covers the website only. Source code shared during an engagement is handled under the engagement's NDA and contract, which take precedence — including options for processing entirely within your own cloud tenancy.
Access, correction and deletion
Email support@fusionone.com.au to ask what we hold about you, correct it, or have it deleted. We'll action requests within 30 days.
Changes
If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted here with a new "last updated" date.
